We had a chance to visit Kwame Nkrumah mausoleum via Kumasi and Accra International airport by air mode of transportation. Thanks to Africa World Airlines for taking our safety seriously.
The journey started from Buokrom, Kumasi where we live. We reached the Kumasi airport by Uber and had our check-in done. The flight was scheduled to take off at 1010hrs and we actually took off at 1012hrs. The flight was so smooth to the extent that, we did not want to disembark.
During the flight, snacks were served. We weren’t expecting it though but I understand it was part of the carriage services by the airlines. We reached Accra in 29mins, had our luggage picked from the arrival hall, and headed straight to the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum.

At Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum, we were taken to the museum by the curator who gave us some wonderful history about Kwame Nkrumah and lamented the good works he has committed himself to do for Ghana.

We were again taken around the compound (Mausoleum) to have fun and take some pictures. We entered the Gift shop situated at the other end of the yard and purchase some souvenirs for our parents and best friends back home.
We left Kwame Nkrumah mausoleum for Kumasi via Accra and Kumasi Airport.
We actually learned a lot about the Mausoleum, museum, and gift shop. Not forgetting things that we have come across during our flight since that was our first time flying. I will entreat you all to visit Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum to learn great African history to satisfy your doubts.
