It can be bought from accredited travel agents, Online portals, and directly from the airlines’ office, and in the same way, the ticket is bought, the refund can be applied via that medium. That is to say, If the ticket is bought via a travel agency, the refund must be requested from the said accredited agent.

What to know about the refund process
When a refund is applied for, depending on the airlines’ policy, it may take a few days before it is completed. Some airlines in Ghana process refunds within 3 weeks whilst others 4 or even more. The passenger must fill and complete the refund forms from the airlines’ office or on their website if permitted. But when the ticket is bought from a travel agent, the refund can be processed instantly as the airline refunds it into the agency’s system as credit or voucher.
