As part of Africa World Airline’s commitment to providing safe and affordable air transportation to all Ghanaians and foreigners in Ghana, they have launched a new route to their existing route. This route will serve WA and its environs especially tourists who wants to explore the Upper West region.
In a twitter post by Africa World Airlines, the route to Wa commences 15th october 2019. And the Airport has been allocated the identifier code ‘WZA’
The route is in such a way that, passengers from Takoradi and Kumasi have to have a connection via Accra, AWA’s hub. The fares starts from 99ghs from Tamale to Wa and 299ghs each way between Accra to Wa with a short stop in Tamale.
The flight are scheduled for Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
